Hi,

I have problems with this software, I have try 4 diferentes phones and 2 tablets all with android, I can pair the PP but I can´t do anything because the software crash in all devices, and my bluetooth don´t say that is connet with PP, only pair but don´t change the symbol to connected

Where is the problem??? can someone help me

Powerhouse was originally developed as an iOS app. The android port is not simple, and the many variants of android are not easy to manage.

Hi,

Of course nothing is easy, the question is why Velocomp do not use beta testers, as do other companies. For example I could be one of them, I'm in Europe where Android completely crushes IOS, and because of my work could test the application on a series of devices with several versions of Android, could for example contribute to translate the application to Portuguese / Brazil.
But I did not have to pay $ 49.99 for the POWERPOD BLE UPGRADE KEY, and now I have an application that does nothing.

Do you honestly think that we did not test this app? :-)

We had at least 8 different testers, running different versions of Android on different phones.

Yes I think, because I try APP with alot of smartphones and Tablets with various versions of Androd and no lucky, the APP don´t work

What kind of information should I send? Maybe it's better for you to send what you need "joaosamora@gmail.com"

We have found the problem.

On Android devices where commas are used in entering data, for example a bike weight of 12.25 kg, if the phone is set so that the decimal point is entered as a comma, 12,25 kg, then the app will crash.

We are creating now a new version of the app that will not allow a comma to be entered. The app should be updated soon.

But they are far from the real problem, because after install the app I can not do anything, nor select, because everything I do will give error, crash the app.

I just sent you another beta app.

Make sure you uninstall your Powerhouse app from your phone before installing the beta.
