Hello,

I am trying here because on the eshop webpage I have received no answer.

I have ordered "PowerPod PowerStroke upgrade key" month ago (order #110719), but I still haven't received email with instructions how to get my unlock key.

I have also tried to fill the contact form on the webpage ibikesports.com and I have sent email to info@velocomp.com and to plucas@velocomp.com, but there is no answer.

Seems to me like this is last place where somebody is communicating, so could someone tell me what is going on?

Sorry for late answer.

I haven't received email. Also there is nothing in the spam folder.

The last email I have received was from orders@velocomp.com and it was automatic reply that my order is complete.

In the case there is delivery problem could you please try my company email viktor.linke@mondigroup.com ?

Got your email and have sent your key.

Just in case, your key is attached here, too. You'll need to unzip this file before installing it.

If possible, use the email key instead of the zipped key.

My company email address works. Seems to me there is some problem at google mail.

I will try to unlock PowerStroke today evening after I am back at home.

Just to notify.

I have successfully unlocked PowerStroke feature of my PowerPod.

In a few minutes I will go for test ride :-)

So happy end of this story.
