I am trying here because on the eshop webpage I have received no answer.
I have ordered "PowerPod PowerStroke upgrade key" month ago (order #110719), but I still haven't received email with instructions how to get my unlock key.
I have also tried to fill the contact form on the webpage ibikesports.com and I have sent email to email@example.com
and to firstname.lastname@example.org
, but there is no answer.
Seems to me like this is last place where somebody is communicating, so could someone tell me what is going on?
