Device not pairing

Hi there,

Went out for a ride this morning, and my Newton didn't pair on startup. Tried doing a manual scan, updated the firmware to the latest, and did a factory reset, still no sensors detected. I have a combined speed/cadence sensor and heart rate monitor, they have lights to show they are still working. Has been working flawlessly for a couple of years until now, any ideas? Thanks!

Do a new scan (press-hold top and bottom arrows simultaneously until Scan appears, then release arrows).

Thanks, I had tried this yesterday with no luck, however today when forcing a scan from the set up menu a few times it did begin to work and now picks up both sensors automatically on start up. Will keep an eye on it and let you know but for now appears to have fixed itself!
